Teacher's Aide
We are looking for a full time Teacher Aide to work in our preschool program. The ideal candidate will have a passion for children and partnering with parents and families to guide preschoolers to know the love of Jesus Christ. This position is responsible for actively supervising children, implementation of a developmentally appropriate curriculum, including lessons for spiritual growth and development of the whole child. This position requires that all biblical teachings be in accordance with EFCC’s calling, commitments and practices.
Education: High School diploma and 12 units of coursework in Early Childhood Education or Early Childhood Development.
This person must complete EMSA certified First Aid and CPR training and keep current; complete physical with clearance to work in an early childhood classroom, negative TB test, proof of Immunizations (Pertussis, Measles) and annual proof of Influenza vaccine (or statement declining); complete and pass CDSS Mandated Reporter Certification; and agree to a background check and fingerprinting according to CA. State Law.
