Enrollment Information

Thank you for your interest in Emmanuel Faith Preschool and Infant/Toddler Center! Please complete the Interest form below to begin the process. Once you have completed the form below click submit and it will come directly to us. From there we will reach out to you to discuss placement for your child in our program based on availability. Once placement is determined, the non-refundable enrollment fee of $200 must be paid within 48 hours to secure your child's spot. At that time, we will provide you with the required enrollment paperwork to be completed and turned in to us as soon as possible.

PLEASE NOTE: Filling out this form does not guarantee your child a spot as class sizes are limited. ​​All Full Day and Half Day Programs operate a full 12 months. (August to July) .
